Hello All
We have had a similar early start as last year with Pinot Gris and a few blocks of Sauvignon Blanc harvested. We are about finished these varieties and trying to take advantage of this great weather to sweeten up Gamay , Gewurztraminer, and the Chardonnay. Today we are working on the Riesling for sparkling purposes. Once we have four or five varieties ready we will open for retail. Please keep in mind that when we open for retail we lose 2 processing days in the Saturday and Sunday. Harvest is always a combination of 100m dash and a marathon which is to say that we go full speed for a long time. Please be patient and we will be prepared for you when the doors open. I will say that the grapes are exceptionally clean and the aroma on the Sauvignon Blanc are unbelievable. We look forward to seeing you!
